Due to the holiday season, all orders placed after 3 December will only be delivered from 8 January 2024.

Damaged products

We take all care to ensure that your order arrives in a perfect condition.

In the case of damaged products, the item will need to be returned within 7 working days.  Please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement.  Please quote your order number.

Incorrect item ordered or received

As we do not keep any stock on the premises, no returns will be accepted for incorrect items ordered.  Please check your order before ordering.

Should you however receive the incorrect item, please contact our offices at [email protected] within 24 hours and we will gladly arrange for the replacement.
